PITTSBURGH,None — A tractor-trailer backed up traffic for miles during the Friday morning commute along Rodi Road in Penn Hills.
Police said the driver of the tractor-trailer was making a turn when he got stuck on a curb. The incident caused fuel to spill, police said.
Traffic was delayed while crews worked to remove the truck from the curb and clean up the fuel spill. The road has since reopened.
