Allegheny County sells second winning Powerball ticket of the week

PITTSBURGH — A Powerball ticket worth $150,000 was sold in Allegheny County.

The ticket matched four of the five white numbers drawn on Saturday, May 1. The numbers were 35, 36, 47, 61, 63, and the red Powerball 3.

Without the $1 Power Play option the ticket would have been worth $50,000. The Power play multiplier was three.

The ticket was sold at Giant Eagle on Brighton Road, Pittsburgh. The owners will get a $500 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes.

The holder of the winning ticket should sign the back of the ticket and contact the nearest Lottery office.

This is the second winning Powerball ticket sold in Allegheny County in a week. Last week, someone bought a winning ticket worth $150,000 at Al’s Market in Braddock.
