Two arrests have been made in connection with the mailing of a seven-pound package of marijuana to a home in Indiana Borough, police said.
The marijuana was mailed to Carla Thomas’ Shryock Avenue home last year, police said. She was taken into custody in early February.
In late March, Ismail Bitik was arrested. Police said he was supposed to pick up the package from Thomas’ home.
A Homer City police K-9 named Thor helped with the bust.
