After year on run, fugitive in McKeesport shooting arrested in Duquesne

MCKEESPORT, Pa — The Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man Wednesday in connection with a shooting in McKeesport last year.

Kiesean Brown, 20, surrendered to police around 8:15 a.m. at a home on Oak Street in Duquesne.

Brown was wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Allegheny County police for a shooting on Irwin Street in March 2020.

Police said Brown opened fire on three men as their car drove past them. One of the passengers was shot several times in the back.

Brown was taken to the Allegheny County jail where he will be arraigned on several charges, including three counts of criminal attempt and aggravated assault.
