A man suspected in a deadly shooting last month has surrendered to police.
Daniel Bizzelle is accused in the shooting death of 23-year-old Samantha Klavora, who was killed on July 16 in McKeesport while standing on Fifth Avenue.
He is also accused of shooting and injuring another man, whom investigators believe was Bizzelle's intended target.

According to a criminal complaint, the wounded man told police that Bizzelle blamed him for the shooting death of Diaz Petty in McKeesport. The complaint says Bizzelle came up behind him, pulled out a gun, and started to shoot.
The man told police he could hear Klavora screaming and he heard Bizzelle telling her to shut up. She was shot six times.
A warrant was issued July 18, charging him with homicide, attempted homicide, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person and firearms violation.
Bizzelle's attorney said Bizzelle's family contacted him about turning himself in. Bizzelle maintains his innocence.
