Pittsburgh police officials said during a neighborhood walk in Sheraden, a young girl challenged Zone 3 officer Aundre Wright to a foot race.
Video of the race shows the pair neck and neck out of the gate before Wright turns on those Blue and Gold afterburners to cheers and laughter from people off camera.
As of 4 p.m. Friday, the video clip on Twitter had 3,000 views and nearly 200 likes.
