LATROBE, Pa. — Emissions testing could soon be a thing of the past for residents of Westmoreland County.
A group of lawmakers wants to change the laws so they will be the same as their neighbors in Fayette and Indiana.
"I don’t like it because I have to pay for stickers that the people near me don’t have to buy," Ron Stayer from Latrobe said.
The Pennsylvania Senate Transportation Committee plans to take the issue up at their next meeting.
