NEW BRIGHTON, Pa. — A child with a pre-existing suffered a medical emergency in the locker room area at the YMCA in New Brighton on Tuesday.
Officials originally told Channel 11 the child nearly drowned.
The child was immediately transported to the hospital and the parents were notified, according to the Beaver County YMCA.
The child is recovering.
