BUTLER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Someone broke into homes in Butler Township all in the same night.
Police say the burglars hit during a Penguins playoff game last week. No one was paying attention to anything else.
Wyncrest Estates is a newer neighborhood with just about a dozen homes.
Three houses were targeted, and police tell Channel 11 the burglars broke into garages, while people were home.

“It's shocking that they would do that,” said Keith Tobin, who lives in the neighborhood.
There's only one way in and one way out of the neighborhood and police have no idea why they picked there.
Channel 11 found out the burglars took tools and golf clubs.
Most homeowners were watching the game, and told police no one heard or saw anything.
“It's all the talk of the neighborhood,” Tobin said.
Butler Township police are urging people in the area to lock their doors, and if anyone has any information to give them a call.
