NEW CASTLE, Pa. — Two main roads in New Castle are closed because of falling bricks from a crumbling building.
The building sits at the intersection of Croton Avenue and Mill Street. Interior damage includes cracks in the walls, gaps in the foundation, bowing walls and a falling ceiling.

Officials said they may take up the issue at Thursday night's council meeting.
