PITTSBURGH — A Westmoreland County doctor is accused of unlawfully handing out prescription drugs and using the proceeds from his alleged illegal activity at the Meadows Casino in Washington County.
U.S. Marshals confirmed to Channel 11 that they picked up Dr. Nabil Jabbour at his Hempfield Township home early this morning. Jabbor operated two offices, one in Greensburg and one in Connellsville.
Federal investigators says he not only illegal handed out suboxone, but he also defrauded Medicare and Medicaid.
He faces up to 250 years in prison if convicted.
