UPPER ST. CLAIR TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A downed tree knocked out power and blocked a road Wednesday morning in Upper St. Clair.
The tree fell along McLaughlin Run Road
First Energy said about 1,500 customers were affected by the outage at one point. Power was expected to be restored to everyone by 7 a.m.
