Hays eagles lay second egg

The Hays bald eagles have added another egg to their nest.

Experts saw the second egg laid in the popular birds' nest via a digital camera feed around 3 p.m. Thursday, according to the Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania.

The first egg was laid on Feb. 13.
