Idlewild & SoakZone to sell beer starting this weekend

LIGONIER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — For the first time, Idlewild & SoakZone will sell beer during its regular summer season, according to our news partners at TribLIVE.

Starting this weekend, guests will be able to buy beer at the Mineshaft Kitchen in Hootin’ Holler.

Beer will only be offered in that location.

The park has a liquor license, and usually sold beer during festivals.

Park officials said they are looking into offering beer at a second location in SoakZone in the near future, according to TribLIVE.com.
