‘Impractical Jokers’ star to make stops at Pittsburgh-area movie theaters

PITTSBURGH — One of the stars of TruTV’s “Impractical Jokers” will be making stops Friday at three Pittsburgh-area movie theaters.

Sal Vulcano will be at Cinemark locations in Robinson at 4:20 p.m., Monroeville Mall at 7 p.m. and Pittsburgh Mills mall at 10 p.m.

Vulcano is in town to introduce the film “Impractical Jokers: The Movie.” The film opened Thursday and features Vulcano and his co-stars from the show Joe Gatto, James Murray, and Brian Quinn.

The group, also known as The Tenderloins, has been making audiences laugh on “Impractical Jokers” since 2011. They reached their 200-episode milestone this month.

The group is also bringing their “The Scoopski Potatoes Tour,” to PPG Paints Arena on Aug. 15.
