PITTSBURGH — Klavon’s Ice Cream Parlor, with its original soda fountain trappings that date to when it originally opened in 1923, is up for sale.
Owner Jacob Hanchar has opted to devote more of his focus on his growing robotics company, Digital Dream Labs, and put the Strip District business on the market.
Both the business and the Strip District property at 2801 Penn Ave., which includes all the original 1920s-era accoutrements, are up for sale. The property is being represented by Brent Gephart, who works out of the Sewickley office of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services.
