Man caught with pants unzipped watching porn after sneaking into CMU building, police say

PITTSBURGH — A Bloomfield man was caught with his pants unzipped and watching pornography in the middle of the night at a Pittsburgh university.

Students at Carnegie Mellon University were surprised and concerned to hear that this happened on their campus.

Around 4 a.m. Wednesday, according to university police, Brian Neibauer snuck into Baker Hall and was caught watching pornography in the computer lab.

Neibauer was not a student or staff member, but somehow got into the normally secure building.

A patrolling campus police officer caught Neibauer in the back with his pants unzipped.

He tried to duck and hide behind the computer, police said, and used a CMU student’s log-in to access the computer.
