PITTSBURGH — A man is facing charges after he allegedly shot his neighbor’s dog, which then had to be put down, police said.
Matthew Lambert, 20, is charged with cruelty to animals, criminal mischief and weapons violations for Monday’s incident in Pittsburgh’s Arlington neighborhood.
According to investigators, Lambert shot the dog after it got into a fight with his dog.
The neighbor’s dog was taken to an animal hospital, where it was put down, police said.
