Man charged in fatal Hopewell Township crash

A man has been charged in a crash that left one person dead and two others injured in Hopewell Township.

The crash happened in October in the 2500 block of Brodhead Road.

Caleb Brady Kuhns, 23, of Hopewell Township, was arrested on a warrant Monday.

Kuhns is charged with homicide by vehicle while DUI, aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, involuntary manslaughter, homicide by vehicle, DUI high rate, two counts of careless driving, exceeding speed limits, failure to keep right and operating with an expired inspection.

He is in the Beaver County Jail in lieu of $250,000 cash-only bail.

Kuhn’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 8.
