LINCOLN PLACE, — One person was rescued from a hillside after a crash in Pittsburgh Saturday morning.
The incident occurred on Mifflin Road at Mooney Road in Lincoln Place around 9:50 a.m.
Allegheny County officials said a motorcyclist went over a hillside and into a creek after a crash involving another vehicle.

Crews used a rope rescue in order to get the motorcyclist from the hillside, and the person was taken to a local hospital in critical condition, according to Pittsburgh Public Safety.
The driver of the vehicle was not injured and stayed on scene.
The Pittsburgh Police Department’s Collision Investigation Unit is investigating.
