BETH PARK, Pa. — Bethel Park police arrested three people accused of trying to steal over $1,500 worth of merchandise from two stores.
Investigators said Ena Hardy, 47, Lakeesha Harris, 38, and Keith Larkins, 32, fled with $800 in merchandise from the Giant Eagle Market District after being confronted by loss prevention officers.

Bethel Park police Chief Timothy O’Connor and a detective saw their vehicle on Library Road in Castle Shannon, and stopped and detained them, police said.
Investigators said they found an additional $700 worth of items from Home Depot inside the vehicle.
All three suspects were charged with retail theft, criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property.
