Police in Westmoreland County are looking for a man they say has violated a protection from abuse order twice.
David Michael Musgrove was accused of violating the PFA about a month ago when he allegedly sent the victim multiple messages.
He was charged and arrested on Wednesday by Westmoreland County Sheriff’s deputies.
Musgrove was arraigned and released on unsecured bond, and allegedly violated the PFA again, although authorities did not say how that occurred.

He has been charged again and another warrant for his arrest was issued.
Authorities are asking anyone with information on Musgrove’s whereabouts to contact the sheriff’s office at 724-830-3045 or via Facebook.
