Surveillance video of the minutes leading up to a deadly shooting shows children were right there when it happened.
The case against Julius Stackhouse is moving forward.
Attorneys on Friday showed Channel 11 new surveillance video of what happened the day of the shooting.
Almost a year after Domanek Cabbagestalk was shot and killed, surveillance video was revealed showing what happened on Aug. 31, 2016, on Steuben Street in Crafton Heights.

The video shows several people outside, including young children who are walking around the courtyard.
Then, police said, Stackhouse opened fire, killing Cabbagestalk.
Investigators said Stackhouse is the man in the white shirt, who fires the gun and then takes a few steps backward.
Police said one of the bullets hit Cabbagestalk, who is not seen in the video.
Stackhouse's defense attorney told Channel 11 on Friday there’s no proof that the person in the video is his client.
“I don't think the government at this point can identify Mr. Stackhouse as the individual on the video taking shots,” said Giuseppe Rosselli. “In addition, whoever that person is will have a self-defense argument and they will likely be successful at the trial level.”
Detectives had been searching for Stackhouse since the shooting happened and found him months later.
