PITTSBURGH — Students returned to Pittsburgh Oliver Citywide Academy on Wednesday, two weeks after a classmate was shot and killed while inside a school van outside the school.
Since the shooting, students have been learning remotely while they grieve the loss of 15-year-old Marquis Campbell. Teachers returned to the building a week ago.
Campbell was shot twice in his chest while sitting in a school van waiting to go home on Jan. 19. Police are still searching for two people in connection to his murder.
