DUNBAR TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A woman walking a popular trail in Fayette County was shocked by an encounter with a naked man.
The Sheepskin Trail is being developed between Dunbar Township and Point Marion Borough to connect through Fayette County.
A Fayette County man is now facing charges for the incident.
