Jeannie Mai Jenkins, co-host of “The Real,” has welcomed a baby boy with her husband, rapper Jeezy.
Jenkins posted a photo showing a baby blanket and a nametag reading “Baby Jenkins” on Instagram with the announcement: “I asked God for a life of love and happiness. He sent me my family. Baby Jenkins is here.”
Jenkins and Jeezy were married last March, and in September she announced they were expecting a baby, BET reported. At the time, Jenkins said she had previously never wanted children, but being with Jeezy made her change her mind, CNN reported.
This is Jenkins’ first child, while Jeezy has three children from previous relationships, CNN reported.
The new parents have not shared any other information about their child, including the gender.
