On May 29th, they were seen arguing in a SUV stopped in the middle of a cliff-side highway in Hawaii.  Court documents say the fight got violent and the passenger was pulling the driver's hair.  The driver then angrily drove straight off the cliff.

Documents show  the SUV's airbag control module indicates the driver didn't attempt to brake before the crash.

Ann was killed and now Alison has pled not guilty in her death in court on Monday, with her arm still in a sling.

Police believe Alison attempted to flee the state last Wednesday, but missed her flight.

Authorities caught up with her Friday and arrested her.

Alison's defense attorney says she was trying to get to New York to attend her sister's funeral.
