Police: Woman accused in stabbing led officers on multi-county chase

NEW BRIGHTON, Pa. — A woman allegedly stabbed a man inside a Beaver County apartment, stole his Jeep and then led officers on a chase before she was arrested in Allegheny County, police said.

Court documents said Eva Lally, 39, was arrested after she turned down a dead-end road in Greentree following a pursuit through Moon Township.

According to the criminal complaint, the couple of just one month were drinking, began fighting and then a kitchen knife was pulled.

Police said Lally then stabbed her boyfriend several times in the head and neck.

Investigators found blood droplets throughout Lally’s apartment and a pair of bloody pajamas hidden under a pile of blankets.

The victim was taken to an area hospital with stab wounds to his head and back.
