Women Sue Idlewild Park Over Cell Phone Peeping Pics

LIGONIER, Pa.,None — Three women have sued the Idlewild & SoakZone amusement park for cell phone pictures taken of them in a swimming pool changing area by a 15-year-old park employee who was fired over the incident.

Attorney David Caruthers said the Ligonier park sent his clients "a nice letter with free coupons, but they don't feel a need to go back."

Instead, the women want unspecified monetary damages in the July 2008 incident.

Police charged the boy with disorderly conduct after they said he attached the phone to a broom handle so he take pictures over a changing room wall. A woman notified security when she saw the phone's red blinking light.

The boy pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay more than $400 in fines.

An Idlewild spokesman confirmed the boy was also fired, but declined comment on the suit's allegations.
