PITTSBURGH — Alright, this update isn’t quite as bad as some of the others have been.

Kris Letang is out of the lineup tonight for the Penguins’ game against the Rangers in New York after suffering a lower-body injury on Saturday. Mike Sullivan said that Letang is day-to-day, though, and still being evaluated.

John Marino shifted up to the top defense pairing alongside P.O Joseph after Letang left last game, so he can be expected to play there again tonight.
