Beautiful start to weekend before line of showers, storms pushes through

PITTSBURGH — Enjoy some time outdoors this weekend but watch for showers and storms.

Hit the trails or take a bike ride during the day Saturday, as temperatures climb back near 80 degrees. Most of the day will be dry but we weather will impact your plans late in the day.

It will get windy tomorrow afternoon and evening so watch outdoor burning. Plenty of dry brush leftover from winter and gusty winds helped fuel a brush fire near Ohiopyle Thursday night.

Showers and a few storms could force you indoors late Saturday night. A line of storms with gusty winds is possible after sunset, so check the Severe Weather Team 11 forecast as you make outdoor plans.

Isolated showers are possible on Sunday.
