Showers, possible storms return for start of week

PITTSBURGH — We'll see just few showers around at times this evening and overnight as a low pressure system spins to our south and gradually moves east.

Grab your rain gear before you head out in the morning, showers will be limited in coverage early, then become more widespread in the afternoon and evening.

Numerous showers and storms will return to begin the week as low pressure and a cold front will move through the region on Monday.

Any stronger thunderstorms that develop will be mainly in the afternoon toward evening and may include damaging wind, flooding downpours, thunder and lightning especially later in the day and toward evening.
