SOUTH HUNTINGDON TOWNSHIP, Pa. — The Pittsburgh Renaissance Festival returned this weekend to Westmoreland County.
The immersive experience is geared for all ages and includes jousting shows, knighting ceremonies and 9 stages of entertainment.
There’s also food and crafts by local artisans.
“The place is amazing, the people are great,” said Taylor Freiburger, of Pittsburgh. “Everybody is so kind and so wonderful, and this is a really inclusive, great place for creative folk to come and show off what they can do.”
The festival runs weekends through Sept. 28 in South Huntingdon Township.
