Singer and songwriter Chris Jamison definitely put in his time. He went from studying musical theater as a kid to spending his college years playing marathon acoustic shows at local restaurants and bars. In 2015, he jumped at the opportunity to audition for the seventh season of NBC's The Voice. With Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine as his coach, he eventually finished third as Pharrell Williams claimed, "Chris Jamison to me was nothing short of magical!" His debut single "Velvet" impressively moved over 77,000 digital downloads during its first-week of release as he eventually racked up over 400,000 sales, making him "one of the best-selling artists in the show's history." Shortly after the show's conclusion, Republic Records signed Chris, and he's releasing his debut single soon!

Chris Jamison is one of five children and was born a triplet along with his sisters Emily and Samantha to their parents Michelle and Bryan Jamison.  Chris got a head start on performing as the lead singer of his Rock band, The Chris Jamison Band.  He was previously attending Capital University in Ohio where he was the campus mailman and working on a degree in business.  Before college, Jamison attended North Hills High School and was a member of the Pittsburgh ClO Academy as well as participated in the high school musical "Beauty and the Beast." Pepper-shaker to star, Chris Jamison found himself on Adam Levine's team on the popular television show, The Voice.

Jamison chose to be a part of Levine's team because he has ties to Pittsburgh.  Chris made it to The Voice Finale and closed out his appearance as second runner-up with "Cry Me a River" by Justin Timberlake.  Currently, Chris is taking a break from Capital University to pursue a career in the music industry.  Chris Jamison continues to prove himself a winner to his Pittsburgh community.
