PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh police have charged two men in connection with a shooting that wounded three people, including two children, during a vigil in Homewood last year.
A witness identified Demetres Beck and Gregory Parker, Jr. as two of the suspects who fired shots on Monticello Street in September. Two other shooters have not been identified.
People had gathered to remember 19-year-old Anton Smith, who was killed two years earlier.
A 49-year-old woman, a 12-year-old girl and a 3-year-old boy were wounded.
Beck and Parker face charges of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
