PITTSBURGH — Dollar Bank has hired Paul David Spradley to lead its diversity, inclusion and equity efforts following a several-month search. Spradley begins the post on July 27, the bank announced on Tuesday.
“Paul’s experience and performance make him an exceptional choice to lead the bank’s diversity, inclusion and equity efforts,” Jim McQuade, president and CEO, said in a prepared statement. “He brings the necessary leadership, knowledge and commitment that allows us to continue to strengthen and promote our inclusive culture we have upheld since our founding in 1855.”
