PITTSBURGH — Restaurant and convenience store chain Sheetz Inc. announced on Monday that starting in January 2022, a new CEO will be taking over at the helm.
The company, based in Altoona, is family-owned and operated, and this will continue with the appointment of Travis Sheetz as its new chief executive.
Travis is the nephew of founder, Bob Sheetz. He takes over the role from his brother, Joe Sheetz. Travis previously served as the first COO in the company’s history after starting with the company as a real estate site selector and as a director in the marketing department.
