PITTSBURGH — The high-end home sales continue to come at a breakneck pace, despite still-tight inventory and interest rates on the rise.
But a little more balance has returned to the bargaining table between buyers and sellers, said Julie Rost of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, who works largely in the East End and Fox Chapel markets. That amounts to fewer multiple-offer situations driving sales prices above list prices.
