FINDLAY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — NorthPoint Development is closing in on a full lease up of its first project at Westport Ridge in Findlay Township with two more buildings on the way.
In its new quarterly industrial report for the Pittsburgh area, Newmark revealed the Kansas City-based industrial developer has landed leases with Home Depot and a company called RAK Porcelain, a United Arab Emirates-based maker of fine porcelain that sells and distributes its products worldwide.
Lou Oliva, an executive managing director of the Pittsburgh office of Newmark who represented Imperial Land Corp. in selling the site to NorthPoint and represents the Kansas City-based development firm in leasing the new industrial park, couldn’t provide any additional specifics on the new tenants and how much space they were taking.
