Owners to renovate North Shore warehouse into condo project

PITTSBURGH — Continental Real Estate Cos. isn't the only firm working to bring new residential condos to the North Shore.

The long-time ownership of a mature warehouse building at 1106 Reedsdale Street between Heinz Field and Rivers Casino is renovating the building into a new condo redevelopment under the address-inspired name Eleven06.

Construction has already begun on the project, previously slated to be a new hotel, according to an announcement by Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty, which is representing the condo project for sale, and leading the management of the new development.
