Pittsburgh private equity firm raises more than $1 billion for fund

PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh’s biggest private equity firms has closed on a $1.165 billion fund.

Incline Equity Partners V LP had initially targeted $850 million. It received capital commitments from domestic and international investors, including endowments, foundations, public and corporate pensions and family offices.
