PITTSBURGH — One of Pittsburgh’s biggest public companies is looking to shed a little office space, following a growing pandemic trend of marketing space for sublease.
Avison Young recently began marketing three floors of more than 13,000 square feet each for sublease at Five PPG Place, a portion of the downtown headquarters of PPG Industries Inc.
PPG (NYSE: PPG), which ranks as the region’s third largest public company, acknowledged it has opted to put the space on the market.
