A man is dead in a crash involving a motorcycle and garbage truck in Washington County.
It happened just before 9 a.m. Tuesday on McClelland Road, near Route 19 in North Strabane Township.
A man was pronounced dead on scene. He was later identified as Robert Klein, 58, of McDonald, by the Washington County Coroner.
An official at the scene told Channel 11 there is no evidence that the man was wearing a helmet.
A section of McClelland Road was blocked off.
Police are investigating.
