PITTSBURGH — Office vacancies in Pittsburgh are up by nearly 7% according to a report.
Jones Lang LaSalle, a real estate firm, said nearly 21.8% of office space in Pittsburgh went unused in the first quarter of the year.
The firm said this is due to large corporate users continuing to shed excess office space.
Three years ago, the vacancy rate downtown was around 15%.
