PITTSBURGH — Bicycle Heaven is officially back in business after a closure that lasted several months.
The business had to be closed after a pipe burst on Christmas Eve. Multiple items in the store were destroyed due to subzero temperatures and nearly three inches of water covered the floor.

After taking time to make their repairs, the owner said the store reopened on Friday.
Bicycle Heaven is currently open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. but they hope to stay open until 7 p.m. in March.
The store is open everywhere customers would need to be but the owner said there is still some work to do. The basement still needs to be cleaned.
So far, the reopening has been successful. The workers said they had a good turnout of customers on Saturday.
“We just want to thank you so very much to all of our friends and Bicycle Heaven Museum fans and supporters everywhere for your support last couple months. Your helps keep us stay here and continue doing what we love,” Bicycle Heaven said in a statement on Facebook.
