SOUTH PARK TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A car caught fire in a family’s driveway along Quaker Drive in South Park’s Broughton community Tuesday morning.
The Broughton Volunteer Fire Department Chief said the call for the fire came in around 6 a.m.
A neighbor told firefighters said he heard an explosion.
The fire melted the siding of two homes.
No one was hurt. The chief said the homeowners are out of town.
The fire marshal is now investigating the cause.
