Crews battle mulch fire at Lawrence Co. landscaping business

TAYLOR TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Emergency crews battled a mulch fire Sunday in Taylor Township that produced heavy smoke from the mulch piles.

Officials said the fire was reported shortly after 12 p.m. Sunday and was determined to have taken place on Beaver Road at S& S Processing, a landscaping business.

No injuries have been reported.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
