Pittsburgh Steelers defensive back Jalen Ramsey suffered an apparent upper-body injury during the team’s Week 3 win over the Cincinnati Bengals.
Ramsey was seen walking through the Steelers locker room with his right arm in a sling, according to a report by Jenna Harner of our partners at WPXI.
Ramsey was one of three Steelers defenders to appear in all 57 snaps of the Steelers’ victory, and did not suffer any noticeable injury during play.
The Steelers were already very shorthanded at defensive back, with starting outside cornerback Joey Porter Jr. having yet to participate fully in practice this season, DeShon Elliott still on injured reserve for at least one more week with a hamstring injury, Jamel Dean less than 100% with an ankle injury, and Ramsey’s backup Brandin Echols in the concussion protocol after taking a hit on a special teams play on Sunday.
