BEAVER FALLS, Pa. — A Beaver County woman was arrested Tuesday after police said she was near a Beaver Falls park topless.
Authorities said officers found Bernadine McPeak near Rhue playground at 21st Street and 5th Avenue in Beaver Falls. Officers said she was naked and highly intoxicated.
McPeak is charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
