Son of local businessman whose death was ruled a homicide files lawsuit

MARS, Pa. — A new lawsuit claims there’s more to the death of a local businessman.

Donald Miller, 59, died in March. Last night, the Allegheny County Medical Examiner ruled it a homicide.

Channel 11’s Alyssa Raymond spoke exclusively with attorneys to learn more about what led up to the man’s death.
